Privacy policy

Who we are

Future Technology Ltd. (registration no. 402115180), 68 Giorgi Chubinashvili St., Tbilisi 0102, Georgia, is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. Contact: david.bakhtadze@futuretechnology.info, +995 597 33 77 62.

What data we collect

When you send a quote or service request, we receive the information you enter: your name, clinic or organization, phone number, email address, the product or device concerned, details such as serial number, urgency and preferred visit date, your message and the language of the page.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your request, prepare offers, deliver and service equipment, and keep in touch about your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the preparation or performance of a contract with you.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc., which may process data on servers outside Georgia. We share data with ZEISS or Otopront only when needed to fulfil your request — for example, to configure equipment or arrange service.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, or as required by law. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask us for access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to david.bakhtadze@futuretechnology.info. You can also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you use the product comparison, your selection is stored only in your own browser.

The chat assistant on this website runs entirely in your browser and does not send or store your messages. Video links open on YouTube, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp — their own privacy policies apply there.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
